Minnesota Supreme Court Say Al Franken Won Senate Seat

The Minnesota Supreme Court has ordered that Democrat Al Franken be certified as the winner of the state's long-running Senate race.

After the ruling, Republican Norm Coleman conceded to Franken.

The high court rejected a legal challenge from Coleman, whose options for regaining the Senate seat are dwindling.

Justices said Franken is entitled to the election certificate he needs to assume office. With Franken and the usual backing of two independents, Democrats will have a big enough majority to overcome Republican filibuster.

Coleman hasn't ruled out seeking federal court intervention.

A comedian in the Senate. "Political correctness is a doctrine, fostered by a delusional, illogical minority, and rabidly promoted by an unscrupulous mainstream media, which holds forth the proposition that it is entirely possible to pick up a turd by the clean end.

Minnesota has hit a new low. This guy is left of old Teddy boy. Talk about the nuts running the asylum!!! May God have mercy on this country. They truly have no idea what is best for our beloved country. Compound that with an incompetent arrogance and one truly has a terminal prognosis. Thank me very much!
