Teen's Body And A Car Found In Lake On Fort Bragg

Authorities say the body of a 17-year-old boy has been found in a lake on Fort Bragg.

Post officials said emergency personnel were called about 8:15 p.m. Sunday about a car near a boat ramp on from Boundary Line Lake.

Rescuers in a boat began sweeping the area and found the teen's body less than an hour later.

Investigators are trying to figure out what killed the teen. They have not released his name.

The site is in a rural area of the base off NC Highway 210.
