Some Havelock Residents Concerned About Being In Military Fly Zone

With several military bases here in the east, many people live in flight paths of military aircraft and we wanted to know what they think about Friday's Navy jet crash in Virginia Beach.

We spoke to some people in the neighborhood off of Belltown Road who say they think about the dangers of living in the flight zone. Nathan Robinson has lived in the neighborhood for more than 4 years and says a plane crashing in his neighborhood is not something he worries about.

"I know it's a training squadron that's going on out there but they got to do what they got to do and if you want to live in this neighborhood that's something you've got to put up with," said Robinson.

Not all of Robinson's neighbors agree, one woman we spoke with tells us she thinks about the possibility of military aircraft crashing in the neighborhood every time one flies over.
