Relief Fund Set Up For Marine Who Lost Family, Home In Fire

A relief fund has been set up for a Camp Lejeune marine who lost his wife and daughter in a fire and all his possessions.

The Onslow County detachment of the Marine Corps League is collecting donations for Corporal Christopher Lapman.
His wife and 6-month old daughter died in the Friday fire at his duplex in base housing. Officials are still investigating the cause of the fire. If you would like to donate to the relief fund, you can mail checks to Frank Cativiela, 104 Fairfield Drive, Richlands, NC 28574.
