The one-year anniversary of the disappearance of a Fort Bragg soldier has come and gone with no new information about what happened to her.
The Fayetteville Observer reported the lead investigator in the disappearance of 23-year-old Kelli Bordeaux has spent hundreds of hours in the past year following up tips and evidence.
Fayetteville police Detective Jeff Locklear has established a timeline of the events of April 13, 2012, when Bordeaux went to Froggy Bottoms bar. She left with a registered sex offender who was living behind the bar.
Police learned two text messages were sent from Bordeaux's phone after she left, including one that said she had arrived home. Locklear doesn't believe Bordeaux sent that one.
She was reported missing April 16, 2012, when she didn't report to work.
