While this is the third snow this month and the most significant, it is typically a rare sight here.
Lorin Richardson was out talking with people in Greenville Sunday about how they are holding up. Many said it was a picturesque sight to see. Although the weather was severe, many were still out walking their dogs and enjoying the snow that only comes rarely to Eastern Carolina. Snow covered trees and branches. Houses resembled Christmas cards. Cody Taylor and his wife say they enjoy the solitude.
"It's just we never see it and it's a sight to see. Makes everything look more beautiful and it's the day after Christmas." We missed it but it's still about the same- somewhat of a white Christmas," said Taylor.
