Its not something lawmen deal with everyday, but deputies in Goldsboro had to subdue a suspect with a sword.
Wayne county deputies say when they arrived at 232 Green Valley Drive Monday, they saw James Moore standing outside the house with a sword and a knife on the ground next to him. The stabbing victim, Daevon Robinson, was taken to Wayne Memorial Hospital. His condition is unknown at this time. Moore was taken into custody, questioned and later charged with assault with a deadly weapon.
