Police say they have a shooting suspect now behind bars, facing multiple charges.
Washington police say on Sunday night they arrested Henri Hopkins without incident. The 33-year-old man was wanted for the Memorial Day shooting at the H&K Mart on Carolina Avenue.
Police say he's charged with assault with deadly weapon with intent to kill, possession of firearm by a felon, simple possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and a probation violation.
The 2:30 p.m. shooting happened both inside and outside the business. a shooting inside and outside a convenience store Monday.
An Impala had it's tires shot and window shot out, and police say a freezer at the store was shot. No one was injured.
Hopkins was jailed on a $125,500 bond.

Police say about 2:30 pm Monday shots were fired at the H & K Mart at 800 Carolina Avenue. An Impala had it's tires shot and window shot out, and police say a freezer at the store was shot. Police say Hopkins fled the scene. No one was injured.
Multiple shots were fired Monday afternoon in and outside a Washington business.
Police were called to the former S & K Mart and Beauty Store on Carolina Avenue 2:30 p.m.
No one apparently was hit by the gunfire, but a vehicle in the parking lot had its driver's side window shot out and two back tires hit by the gunfire.
Police say shots were also fired inside the business.
So far police have not released any suspect information or possible motive in the shooting.
