A Warming Trend On The Way

The chill continues across eastern North Carolina but some relief is on the way. High pressure across the area will move offshore Thursday allowing warmer air to arrive. Highs will reach the upper 40s to lower 50s during the afternoon. It will hit the 50s Friday and 60s over the weekend. A cold front will bring some showers on Sunday. Otherwise, it looks dry for the next few days.

looking at a bright 17" LED laptop and a bright 52" TV may help some with the seasonal thing. That's what I do. There's always SSRI antidepresents if needed. No point in being down if ya don't have to be...

Thank goodness! According to the latest negative news stories, there are a lot! of people in NC who need an extra dose of Vitamin D. You know, Seasonal Affective Disorder? Lack of sunshine = Vitamin D? I thank God for night and day...both have their place in our daily routines.
