Warmer Air Arrives Thursday

High pressure that caused the chilly conditions the last few days will move offshore on Thursday allowing southerly winds to bring warmer air into the area. Most locations will see highs above 60 degrees by the afternoon under a mixture of clouds and sunshine. Clouds will increase Thursday night ahead of a cold front that will bring some showers on Friday. The showers will primarily be on the light side and should move out of the area early Friday evening. Highs on Friday could hit the lower 70s before falling back into the lower 60s for Saturday.
