The weather across eastern North Carolina will become more unsettled for Tuesday and Wednesday. A cold front will cross the area Tuesday and could bring a few showers. The front will move into northern South Carolina before becoming stationary Tuesday night. A weak wave of low pressure should form along the front and will continue the shower threat into Wednesday. Highs will be in the upper 70s to lower 80s Tuesday then cool to the lower 70s on Wednesday. Dry and mild conditions can be expected at the end of the week.
