UCF-East Carolina Kickoff Time Announced

IRVING, Texas - Conference USA and FOX Sports announced Monday that East Carolina's Nov. 19 home game against UCF will kickoff at 7:00 p.m. (ET) and be nationally distributed as part of C-USA's 2011 broadcast package.

A complete listing of FOX regional carriers airing the contest across the country will be available next week.

The game will mark the Pirates' third appearance of the year on FSN, following earlier network coverage of battles against South Carolina and Virginia Tech.

East Carolina's interdivisional matchup at UTEP this Saturday will be televised by Time Warner El Paso and available to fans in eastern North Carolina via a live feed to Greenville's NBC affiliate WITN-TV. TW-EP broadcasters Duke Keith and Neil Raphael will call the action from the Sun Bowl beginning at 8:05 p.m. (ET).

All teams have their ups and downs. Tired of going to the games and seeing all you so called "Pirate Fans" leave before halftime. Why pay for a ticket if your not going to stay? A true fan stays behind its team no matter what the out come is, football, basketball, etc. Looking forward to seeing the pirates play on Saturday. Go Pirates! We Believe! (Well at least I do.)

Ruff, we like you but you need to go! Your players have no focus or discipline with u there! HOLLINS IS A political joke like everyone said years ago!!! ECU needs and deserves a winning coach and a real defense and a real quarterback with a running game! THANKS, Ex Ball player.

Wow,I can hardly contain my excitement.Do we really need to have it televised so we can show the nation how far ECU football has fallen. You will need to pan the camera low so it does not show all the empty seats.

You are sadly mistaken anonymous. ECU is well known and respected across this nation. FYI...ECU is well known and respected in SEC country. Go Pirates! Go Vols!

I will not be there. The UNC game was obnoxious and people can't handle their booze.I done with this pitiful excuse for a football team. One of the most unprepared teams we have fielded in quite some time. Not worth burning the gas for a two hour drive in a game that in all probability will be over at halftime! No more season tickets either, until I see appreciable improvement not tiresome rhetoric and hype!A half empty stadium should send a good message.

Yeah Robert, and that message is you're a fair weather fan and won't back your team up when they're down. Can I have your tickets since you're not going? Just leave them at will call for Bud from Washington.

Robert, that's a poor excuse. Me, my wife, and a few of our friends come to Greenville from the Outer Banks for nearly all the games and that wont change soon. We are just as far away as you are. As far as a half empty stadium, that wont until halftime. Maybe it will send a good message to win these last 3. Remember I said before this season that ECU would be a better team next 2 years than this year.

You sound like a fair weather fan.Meaning when ECU is winning you are on board the Pirate ship. When ECU Is losing you Jump off the ship. Either you are 100% for or totaly against.Casn't be both. I have been a pirate club member since 1975 & Have seen & Been thru it all. These rebuilding years are something ECU has to do about every 5 years, because the good coaches like Holtz jump ship,Good coach like Logan Fired by The worst AD eCU ever hired. Think it is bad now? Heck no!I Remember John Thompson & Art baker years. Maybe you should do your homework. Ruff will get this going. He came into a program with hardly no skilled (Young Players). It Take time. "Ruff Will never jump ship,Even when He gets ECU into top 25".It will take another year or two!! If you don't understand what i am saying,Then just don't go to the games & Please don't post negative stuff.

The game should be on the Comedy Channel. IMO 7:00 kickoffs should be for September games when it is 90 degrees during the day. But one can see how a game of this magnitude should be on prime time. LOL

It is Possible ECU Wins next 3 games,& Gets to 7-5,Gets a bowl game, maybe wins bowl game,They could be 8-5. Don't count them out yet.Remember 4 of 5 loses came from teams ranked in top 25 right now. Young kids playing,Injuries & Stupid mistakes caused some of the 5 loses. Sure Houston whipped up real good.THats the only on.We Were in rest of games except UNC & S.Miss which we gave each team 28 points worth of freebies!! Suggest you Support ECU like i have for 30 years Or Just don't post. We don't need negative things posted here. I Have enough Non ECU problems to deal with every day!!

Chuck, I've been supporting the Pirates since the first time I saw them beat the Pack in 1985 and will be there again in 2 weeks hoping for the best. One can either make a joke or 2 or go jump off the Greene Street Bridge. Obviously, your non ECU problems have you WAAAAAAAAAYYYYYYY overstressed. Relax bro.
