Police say a man gave his name to a cyber cafe clerk to play a video game, and then came back to rob the place.
Police are now looking for 48-year-old James freeman wanted for the armed robbery of the the Carolina Cyber Café #3 on Old Tar Road in Greenville. Police say about 6:30 Sunday morning, Freeman played an internet video game twice and left. The clerk reportedly watched Freeman go to his car, put a black shirt over his head, come back into the store with a handgun and demand money.
Freeman was last seen driving a 1993 Buick Park Avenue.
According to dispatchers a KFC and an internet cafe were robbed in Greenville over the weekend.
Dispatchers say two black males wearing dark blue hoodies and bandannas robbed the KFC on Greenville Blvd. around 9:45 p.m. Saturday night.
Then on Sunday morning a robbery was reported at Carolina Cyber Center around 7:30 a.m. in Greenville.
An employee reported that a customer walked in and left, but then came back and robbed the store.
No one was injured in either robbery according to police.
Police are now looking for suspects.
