Police Locate Knives, Machetes, Tasers Stolen From Greenville Business

Two people are arrested after police say they broke into a business and stole fur clothing, handbags, knives, machetes, and handheld tasers.

Greenville Police say one of the suspects, 22-year-old Kwmaine Thompson, broke into The Bargain Store on Memorial Drive on Sunday. Police say Thompson forced his way into the stock room by smashing down one of the walls.

After developing information on a possible suspect, detectives searched an apartment on Lindsey Drive, where they located the stolen property.

Thompson was arrested and charged with breaking and entering, larceny, and possession of stolen goods. A second suspect, Charnele Wooten, is charged with possession of stolen goods.
