The driver of a tractor trailer that jackknifed Tuesday morning shutting down lanes on a busy Craven County highway has been charged.
The Highway Patrol says the driver of the McDonald's truck that crashed on Highway 70 in Craven County will be charged with a lane violation. The rig crashed in the westbound lane around 9:00 a.m. Tuesday and closed one lane in each direction.
No other vehicles were involved in the accident.
