Three Arrested In Meth Lab Bust At Wal-Mart Parking Lot


Three people have been arrested after police say they found a meth lab in their vehicle at a Wal-Mart parking lot.

The Jacksonville Police Department tells us on Wednesday night in the area of Yopp Road, they witnessed a drug transaction take place at a vehicle in the store's parking lot. After searching the vehicle, they found various drug paraphernalia, a small amount of cocaine, marijuana, methamphetamine, and percocet, as well as a "one pot" meth lab.

40-year old Melissa Laffan of Richlands faces 7 drug-related charges and is jailed under a $1,152,000 bond. 44-year old Russell Williams of Jacksonville faces 6 drug-related charges, and is jailed under a $132,000 bond. 32-year old Iran Williams of Richlands faces 6 drug-related charges, and is jailed under a $32,000 bond.
