Deputies: Teen Charged With Shooting At Rival, Hits Rival's Aunt

A teen is charged with firing at a rival gang member, but instead hitting the rival's aunt.

17-year-old Jaquuan Harris, is accused of Assault With A Deadly Weapon With Intent To Kill, Inflicting Serious Injury And Assault With A Deadly Weapon.

According to the Rocky Mount Telegram, Harris confronted his 16-year-old rival and his rival's 18-year-old aunt at the National Guard Armory In Rocky Mount Wednesday night and fired at them.

Tierra Williams was shot in the leg and treated and released at the hospital, according to the paper.
