Sunshine And Quite Warm On Thursday Across Eastern North Carolina

A strong surge of warm air will continue to move into eastern North Carolina overnight and Thursday. There is a slight risk of shower overnight but clearing skies will take place by early Thursday. Sunshine and southwesterly winds will bump temperatures into the middle 70s inland and upper 60s along the beaches. Warm conditions will continue through Friday but a strong cold front will bring a chance for showers and a possible thunderstorm by the afternoon. Clearing and cooler conditions will take place over the weekend.

Anon, Ignorant is someone that forecasts the weather and is continually wrong and also someone that backs them up, in your case that would be you. People plan their work by the weather. Let’s say roofers. Man looks on forecast and there is no rain chance so that unfinished roof will not need to be tarped. Wakes up that next morning and to his surprise it's raining. If weather is ever changing and forecasts can not be predicted then why is there a job description of weather forecaster??????

Ok, so you're sounding like the weathermen are God! There's no way that they can be right about the weather 100% of the time. You sound very ignorant because they didn't predict rain in the forecast. Personally, I think the weather team of WITN is the best in the ENC! You need to realize that the weather is ever changing...sunny one minute and rain the next and it can happen without them having a chance to predict it. Sheesh, ppl nowadays!

WITN, You are continually wrong on your forecasts. I woke up this morning to rain which was not 0n your forecast at all. Why? Should your viewers be repeatedly given false forecasts? I plan to stop watching your news coverage and I hope other people do also.
