A Mild Start To The Work Week

The weekend was filled with sunshine and gradually warming temperatures, highs Saturday reached almost 60° followed by middle to upper 60s Sunday.

Temperatures to start our work week will be running above average with highs Monday reaching into the upper 60s and lower 70s likely by Tuesday.

The forecast will remain mostly dry through Tuesday under partly cloudy skies and just a slight chance of a sprinkle or shower.

The next significant system to impact the area will arrive Wednesday into Thursday from the west.

Behind the front expect cooler conditions to return to the area late in the week with temperatures at that time running below average once again with highs in the 50s and lows in the 30s.

Have a great week.

Still don't see why the weather is reported on so much in 1 30 min. segment and the sports guy has to basically fly through the games and scores. Weather is not changing that much in 30 min.
