Speeding Violation Reveals Meth Lab

Police pulled over a Kinston man for speeding, but the man is now accused of operating a mobile meth lab.

A Kinston police officer pulled over Brandon Humphreys, 25, Tuesday around 8:30 p.m. at Queen and Shine Streets. The stop was initially just for a speeding infraction, but once the officer smelled marijuana in the car, he performed a search of the vehicle. The search revealed the components of a mobile meth lab.

Police seized the car, and Humphreys was jailed under a $40,000 bond. Police say he is charged with Precursor To Methamphetamine and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

It's just never enough for people like you, is it? Yes, there are murders on the loose right now. But how many lives were saved by seizing these deadly drugs? How many people won't be getting high on these drugs and possibly shooting another person? Police catch drug dealers and people complain about who them NOT catching the robbers. They catch the robbers, people complain about them not catching the drug dealers. They catch the murderers, people complain about them not doing anything about the other criminals. There are only so many officers and so many places they can be at one time. If you feel like the police department is so inept, why don't you pick up a badge and gun and YOU go out and make a difference. They need all the help they can get. HELP, not naysayers.

Stupid criminals get caught all the time. Know why? They are stupid. How about driving the speed limit when you have illegal items in your car, Genius.

As I said in a previous story put some arsenic or mercury or any of the poisonous heavy metals in some crack or crank and give it away free anywhere in kinston. Three days later the crime rate would be close to zero. Officals at camp leJeune poisoned military families with tainted water for 30 years, and the goverment poisons soldiers now with vaccines why not do it to drug zombies?

While we're at it, we should give hemlock to the wise-apples on this board. 3-4 day later, no stupid remarks!

Great plan, tod. Criminals and drug abusers need that kind of treatment. They are nothing but wastes of resources and air.
