Special Ops Military Training On The Outer Banks

The Special Operations Unit from Pope Air Force Base will be
training in Nags Head and Roanoke Island on Tuesday and Wednesday.

Residents should expect to see armed soldiers and military vehicles in these locations Tuesday afternoon and Wednesday morning. The unit will be using four vehicles, two of which are military gun trucks, that will be practicing clearing and security procedures.

The Air Force plans to avoid areas of Nags Head and Roanoke Island that are near schools and the hospital.

Your response is long and doesn't follow any sentence rules I have ever seen. As for me, I love the US, won't leave it, won't give up on it, and want it to be restored to its constitutional foundation. Please check out my past postings' claims and look them up. I will leave you with this quote by Daniel Webster. "I apprehend no danger to our country from a foreign foe . . . Our destruction, should it come at all, will be from another quarter. From the inattention of the people to the concerns of their government, from their carelessness and negligence, I must confess that I do apprehend some danger. I fear that they may place too implicit a confidence in their public servants, and fail properly to scrutinize their conduct; that in this way they may be made the dupes of designing men, and become the instruments of their own undoing. Make them intelligent, and they will be vigilant; give them the means of detecting the wrong, and they will apply the remedy." - Daniel Webster

plain and simple if u dont like the government and what they do leave the country millions have done it in the past during ww2 and other times like with cuba if u r so concerned your guns will b taken and u will b a slave just go but a fema run training exercise please there r pills for paranoia checks and balances my friends obama is not going to become supreme leader of this country or the world and back in 1920 to 1933 the government put a ban on something that most Americans could not live without and if they ban guns and have the worlds military come to your home and take all your guns obamas term is up soon and the riots and public outcry will very quickly change their minds about guns but i doubt anything like this will every happen so long as we r a free people with liberty for all “government of the people by the people and for the people shall not perish from this earth.” so said someone way back and we wrote a Declaration of Independence once we can do it again if need be

The 1 in 154.5 citizens part must be why they have been training with the foreign troops. Check out N.L.E. '09 or National Level Exercise 2009, or N.L.E. '10. My biggest concern is about how we have been acclimated to accept the military training in our neighborhoods, with live ammunition, and how we are supposed to think it is ok that the army is now security for the Kentucky Derby and marines at DUI checkpoints, in other words policing the american people on the american streets even though it has been banned inside the country since the 1878 posse comitatus act. The military breaks things and kills people, that is their job and they are good at it and I love them for it but I do not want them policing the people for that same reason. P.S. I love the Jefferson quote to Charles Thomson. The next line is "But it is too early to form theories on those antiquities. We must wait with patience till more facts are collected." I have been amassing facts and they seem to support the theory.

2,278,895 active and reserve 311,957,298 us citizens to make it easy lets say 2 million in military and 309 million citizens thats 1 person in the military to every 154.5 citizens spread over 3,539,242 sq miles lets say all this happens it would be physically impossible to confiscate every gun an American has at one time so they take your buddies guns and he calls the news would spread like wild fire and if the minute men and rag tag army could beat the English our military wouldnt b able to control the entire country sure they tightened down on the public but Special Ops and from the air force of all branches not saying anything bad but they are not a land force by any means AIR FORCE they deal with the air for the most part so unless they plan on taking every gun in America from the sky u should b fine if u want to b paranoid do it about something else "The moment a person forms a theory, his imagination sees in every object only the traits which favor that theory." Thomas Jefferson

Don`t know why they are training here, Pope AF Base adjoins Fort Bragg, the largest military base in the world. They have mock cities there for urban warfare training.

Conspiracy is correct. This is just a gearing up for a "martial law" like scenario after the financial collapse happens and they are ready to disarm the slaves. Google "military gun confiscation drills" and check out the links in some of those articles to find out why this is necessary for them or better yet Youtube it to watch them in action with actors screaming "I'm an american, don't take me to the camp" (very scary, why would they scream "I'm an american" except for acclimation of the troops for the real deal). Also see... P.D.D. 51, John Warner defense act, section 802 of the Patriot Act which says all misdemeanors are terrorism, National Emergency Center Act or h.r.645, or the Pentagon's Civilian Inmate Labor Program, just to get you started there are hundreds more if not thousands. It is hidden in plain view. Remember what James Madison said long ago, “The means of defense against foreign danger historically have become the instruments of tyranny at home.”

ya i know civil rights is a thing of the past that’s y we have all these slaves running around oh wait we don’t have slaves it seems like we have less rights but we have more rights than most other countries sure since 9-11 the whole patriot act and all that airport security and so on its just a little fear mongering and these things supposedly keep us safe but to say martial law that is only used on an emergency basis not just for the heck of it unless some dark angel stuff happens or something crazy like that I’m almost 100% positive u will never c marshal law for any reason then a massive riot or huge natural disaster

We have less civil liberties today than ever before in the history of the US. Conspiracy might not be to far off the mark.
