Sonic Armed Robbery Suspect Under Arrest

After eluding police for six weeks, the suspect wanted in the armed robbery of a Jacksonville Sonic is behind bars.

Jail records show James Woodard, 22, is currently in custody in Onslow County. Woodard has been wanted for the armed robbery of the Sonic on Lejeune Blvd. in Jacksonville on April 11.

    I'm sure he is gonna say he was sexually molested as a kid or had a hard life growing up, and nobody ever gave me anything, so I decided to steal...lol...

    This is OBVIOUSLY the wrong guy that they arrested. It couldn't have POSSIBLY been this guy, because as a convicted felon, it is against Federal and State law for him to possess a firearm, so there is NO WAY he could have committed armed robbery. And since Sonic serves alcohol, it is against NC State law to have a firearm in their premises. Since "gun control" laws actually work, and prevent crime, there is simply NO WAY this is the guy who did this...

    I GUESS HE DID NOT LEARN ANYTHING THE FIRST TIME AROUND!MAYBE SOMEONE SHOULD LOSE THE KEY TO HIS CELL FOREVER.HE SEEMS TO LIKE PRISON LIFE ANYWAY.LET HIM DO SOME HARD TIME FOR A CHANGE.

    If his type is not put to work doing something productive while incarcerated, the taxpayer is getting poked. He knew his chance of getting caught. Apparently, it did little to deter him from his antisocial behavior. Prison must beat working.

    Looks like he spent 3 years in prison for the same crime in 2006. He obviously misses prison life. (it was probably the highest quality of life he's ever known)
