Wilson police cancelled the Silver Alert for Marissa Reed early Tuesday.
Authorities issued the alert around 4 p.m. Monday. There is no word at this hour where Reed was found.
Authorities say Marissa Reed was last seen in the 1000 block of Lee Street. The 16-year-old maybe be suffering from dementia or another cognitive impairment.
Wilson police say the girl is 5'2" tall, weighs 120 pounds, has brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing dark blue skinny jeans, brown fur zip up with pom poms, and a dark red hoodie with South Pole lettering.
