Showers And Thunderstorms On Wednesday in Eastern North Carolina

A cold front will pass through eastern North Carolina on Wednesday bringing showers and thunderstorms to the area. Some of the showers could be strong to severe although most locations will just see gusty winds and brief heavy downpours. The showers will taper off late Wednesday as drier and cooler air moves into the region. Sunny skies and seasonably cool conditions can be expected for Thanksgiving Day.
