Shots Fired Early Christmas Morning In Pitt County Neighborhood

Police say early morning gun fire struck both a home and a pickup truck Christmas morning.

Bethel police say in the early morning hours they received a call of shots fired Tuesday on Catham Circle and Woodland Street in Pitt County.

Once officers arrived they found the victim who was driving a pickup truck. The truck had multiple gun shots as well as a home across the street.

The suspect’s vehicle was later stopped by Greenville Police and Pitt County Sheriff's department on North Memorial Drive.

Two people were arrested who were inside the car, Casey Bond and Troy Bullock of Greenville.

The two are facing multiple gun charges. Both men are in jail under a $1 million bond.

No one was injured.
