dollar m; would that course of action not be indicative of a civilized individual? were a modicum of civility present, the questionable exchange of goods or services would be a non-issue. hopefully, the economy will better and these two can return to their former positions as NASA employees.

You see? Times are tough all over. Mr. Toms owes Mr. Hall for services and/or products rendered. Mr. Toms needs to pay. Now Mr. Hall should have filed a civil action against Mr. Toms. All this could have been avoided. Now, Mr. Toms should also file a civil action against Mr. Hall for medical & punitive damages associated with this incident.
