Craven County Man Officially Charged With Killing Brother

A Craven County man, accused of killing his brother and wounding his mother with a butcher knife, was formally charged with murder today.

Delgen Foye was arrested Friday on two counts of assault with a deadly weapon. His brother, Britts, died later that night and authorities met with the district attorney before amending the one charge.

Foye has a first appearance on the new murder charge Friday morning in New Bern.

The stabbings happened early last Friday at the home on John Street in James City that the three shared.
