SILVER ALERT: Missing Duplin County Woman Found

The Silver Alert for a missing Duplin County woman has been cancelled after Stanna O'Brien was found this morning.

Deputies say the woman was found safe.

Deputies in Duplin County are asking for help finding Stanna O'Brien.

Investigators said the 36-year-old woman is believed to be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment.

O'Brien stands 5'6", weighs, 290 pounds and has shoulder-length red hair and green eyes.

The woman has three tattoos including a flower on her left wrist, a butterfly on the back of her neck, and the letters "STO" on her left leg.

O'Brien was last seen wearing a short sleeved gray striped shirt, black capris, and flip flops on Isham Frederick Road in Warsaw, N.C.

Deputies believe the woman may be traveling to Clinton, N.C. with a white woman named Ashley in a silver, 4-door passenger car.

If you see O'Brien, you are asked to call the Duplin County Sheriffs Office at 910-296-1911.
