A sex offender is back behind bars after some reported bizarre behavior.
Police say 51-year-old Ronnie Lewis peeped at a woman in her bathroom from the woods near her home on Glenburnie Drive on Monday, according to the New Bern Sun Journal. The paper says Lewis exposed himself when police responded. He's currently locked up in the Craven County jail.
Lewis was convicted on two counts of taking indecent liberties with a minor in March 2004. He's due in court on these new charges at the end of this month.
