Power is back on in part of Jones County, where strong winds damaged four buildings.
Emergency Management Director Eric Merritt tells WITN it happened on the 400 block of Alonza Mills Road near Highway 41 west.
After surveying the damage, Merritt says he thinks either a tornado or straight-line winds are to blame.
Four commercial farm structures sustained damage, knocking out power for about an hour. Merritt says one building used to store hay is completely destroyed. The others have moderate damage, including part of a tin roof being torn off.
No injuries were reported.
