Rocky Mount police have arrested two people after officers saw them leaving a home they broke into Monday night.
The officers caught Antwan Hines, 32, and Kiyeta Speight, 31, crawling out from underneath a home on Arlington St. on Monday around 11:20 p.m.
Police say both suspects are in jail under a $5,000 bond.
