Morehead City -- West Carteret quarterback Jared Carr has helped the Patriots to a perfect 4-0 record while maintaining a 4.8 grade point average in the classroom.
Carr is a junior at West Carteret and spent his entire Sophomore season watching from the sidelines. Now that he has taken over the starting quarterback position, Carr has yet to lose a game.
