i had fun at the fair this year. The committee that they had for parking did a great job. the only thing i didnt understand was what was the purpose of school tickets if the students still had to pay$3.00 admission with the ticket

All I ever see is citizens of every background enjoying themselves. I have been attending since the early 80's and have NEVER had one bad experience. I will miss the village, though.

True, I haven't been in 3-4 years. The last time I & my family went we were all afraid. There were gangs of thugs hanging out all over the place. Couldn't even walk out to your car without being afraid of getting robbed or worst. But I will give it a try, only in the day light hours for the first time back. Thanks for letting us know things are better out there at the fair ground.

Apparently, the people that are making negative comments about the Pitt Cty Fair have not attended in a few years. I went last year with my husband and had the best time. It was very organized and clean. As soon as a piece of trash hit the ground someone was picking it up. It was very family oriented. The people operating the rides were very well dressed and clean. The company they have contracted with the last few years have been awesome. They clearly have their mess together.

unless local law enforcement is going to work harder to keep the thugs out, my family won't be attending .
