This is the kind of thing that a good parent can stop. You can't learn it from a book. You can't learn it in school. You can't learn it on the streets. You have to have good parents with high morals & standards.... THEN, they have to spend time teaching the child right from wrong. Sounds simple, yet so many children are taught wrong or not taught at all. It's like parenting 101....everyone should know to do this with their kids. Single parent homes? Foster homes? Institutions? It doesn't matter. Every child should be taught why it's wrong to steal and be "programed" not to steal. If it's instilled in them deep enough, they'll be wonderful citizens when they reach adulthood. If not, once they reach adulthood, it's too late and they spend the rest of their lives in and out of jail/prison (which doesn't teach them either...only teaches more criminal behavior)

This man is too stupid. In case you don't know all stores know what tickets are in there store. All they have to do is call the Lottery and they will stop payment on all the tickets. If he does win anything he will get caught when he goes to cash it in. Some people are way to lazy to work and want everything for free!!!!
