Noisy Suspect Arrested In New Bern

A breaking and entering suspect made so much noise, authorities say, it ended up getting him arrested.
Someone thought they heard shots being fired in the 200 block of 8th Street in New Bern just after midnight Saturday and called police. Police say it turns out the noise came from 19-year-old James Clouser as he was attempting to break into a home by trying to force open a door. Clouser is charged with first degree burglary and other offenses.
