A popular water park for many in New Bern is completely flooded thanks to Hurricane Irene.
Green Springs, a private swimming pier on the Neuse River is flooded up to the second deck, according to video sent in by a WITN viewer.
The tower at Green Springs is some 50 feet off the water. It appears about a hundred feet of water now surrounds that tower.
