The 21st annual "Ghost Walk" hosted by the Historical Society in Downtown New Bern is underway this weekend.
There are over a dozen historical locations on the tour with ghosts from New Bern's past.
This family friendly event also features a kid-friendly haunted house and other performances.
This year's theme is the good, the bad, and the ugly.
Organizers say it's up to each individual to come up with their own interpretation of what category the ghosts belong in.
Lynne Harakal, Executive Director of the Historical Society says, "We're telling stories about the spirits of New Bern's past and we're hoping to share a bit of New Bern's history, but in a really fun and entertaining way.
The "Ghost Walk" continues Saturday from 5-9pm.
