The Nash County Sheriff's Office in a joint investigation with the North Carolina State Bureau of Investigation arrested 30-year-old Vanessa Munoz of Liles Road in Bailey Friday.
Munoz was arrested after investigators received information she would be in possession of a large amount of cocaine. The investigation revealed Munoz had about 128 grams of powder cocaine.
Munoz was charged with 2 counts of trafficking cocaine. Her bond was set at $125,000 and her first court appearance is Tuesday, July 19th.
