The trial is scheduled to begin Monday for one of three suspects charged in the murder of a man found in a cemetery.
Steven Barbour, of Goldsboro, will stand trial in Wayne County for the January 2009 murder of Jamie Hinson. Hinson was found dead at Evergreen Cemetery.
Joseph Lanier and Tara Sparks, both also of Goldsboro, were also charged in Hinson's death. Lanier is also scheduled for a court appearance Monday.
