Sunday will be a slight improvement from Saturday in the sense that the severe weather threat will be much less.
As showers and storms develop the main threat will be brief downpours and hail.
Most of the day will be cloudy and dry but isolated showers will develop during the afternoon with daytime heating.
The showers and storms that do develop will quickly dissipate during the evening and give way to partly cloudy skies.
Expect afternoon high temperatures to reach into the 70s once again making it our 14th consecutive day above average.
Monday through the remainder of the week look much quieter as high pressure builds in with a return to mostly sunny skies. Temperatures this week will be at or above average.
