The Governor is heading to Greensboro Monday to talk Medicaid.
His schedule shows the Governor will attend a round table talk around 1:30 Monday afternoon at the Moses Cone Memorial Hospital. That facility serves as both a Level 2 trauma center and a teaching hospital.
You may recall WITN spoke with Gov. McCrory last week during his visit to Morehead City.
He told us then he is strongly opposed to cutting medicaid services for the elderly and the disabled. That is part of the continued budget battle in Raleigh.
The budget battle also continues with teachers salaries as a big point of contention.
