We're watching what happens in court today for one of two Marines facing charges in the case of two young girls who ran away.
Ethan Lee is the New River Marine charged with accessory after the fact for the incident last July. Authorities said the two Marines took the girls to the Days Inn on North Marine Boulevard around 2:30 a.m. in the morning. Deputies say the 11 year old returned home 12 hours later, while the 13 year old came back two hours after that.
The other Marine in the case, Chandler Bible, is charged with rape, and he's due in court next month.
"Both Marines were administratively separated from the Corps soon after the charges were brought," said New River Air Station Lieutenant Kristen Dalton.
