He was not in the Marine Corp. He also got into trouble and kicked out of the Navy.

If they just legalize this stuff, then you would have a lot less cigarettes being smoked and a lot less pain killers being taken. Marijuana is not harmful by any means. God created it in order for it to be smoked. The rediculous marijuana law is a joke and it's only about money. There is nothing unsafe about marijuana. Legalize it.

Wow those kids and the community are safer now!!! They could have smelled the pot growing and gotten high!! and maybe jumped in front of cars or out of tall buildings!!! Pot growers are dangerous all right!! Hopefully when we enter into the impending depression we will stop poring money into ratholes like the Drug War and invest into something that works i.e. Treatmet & Prevention. Prohibition does NOT wotk!!! You would've thought we would've learned that from alcohol prohibition!! Alcohol is the gateway drug and causes more morbididty & mortality than ALL the illegal drugs combined!!! 40 yrs and a TRILLION dollars later and we're no better off than when Nixon statred this idiotic war!!!!

Why don't we have more violent criminals with 150k bonds? The 'school zone' drugs laws should only be applicable if the dealer is proven to have targeted sales to children at the school in question.

Wow, a drug dealer with a bond at 150K? Where is the Rev. Al to look at this? Maybe this will calm his racist rants about bonds for blacks and whites. Also, this guy should be punished harshly, something the Rev. left out of his post for the scooter robbers.
