I agree REM. It takes a person to take the safety off (if equipped) and to pull the trigger and kill someone. This is something that we will never stop. People are who they are in life. Not even someone raised perfectly is perfect. They commit crimes as well. Stop all the hate and crime in the world and youll stop hearing of people being killed by guns. But we all know that will never happen.

@shanti: What? I'm really confused by you post, can you please elaborate? Guns are inanimate objects; therefor they don't make decisions to kill people. Should we ban all knives? Would that stop stabbings?

The authorities should have special guns made for them so nobody else can get ahold of one. I'm tired of hearing about people dieing from guns. This is a common problem that needs fixing.
