Man Charged With Kidnapping & Assault Following Argument

An argument ends with a man charged with kidnapping.

Rocky Mount police say 19-year-old Diundre Wilder asked to remove a few of his belongings from a young woman's home. They say once inside, wilder assaulted the 19-year-old woman and would not let her leave.

Police say when the victim tried to call for help, Wilder grabbed her cell phone and damaged it.

Wilder is charged with assault by strangulation, first degree kidnapping, communicating threats, injury to personal property, and trespassing.

Wilder is in the Edgecombe County jail under a $46,000 bond.

I don't understand how you can find someone guilty of kidnapping who doesn't even have his own bed to lay in or a car. Where would he take her? How would they get there?
