Man Arrested For Breaking Into Restaurant

Deputies say evidence discovered at the scene of a restaurant breaking and entering led to the arrest of a Greenville man.

Gerald Creech, Jr. is accused of breaking into Lee's Country Kitchen in Greenville this past Monday. Deputies believe he broke the front door and then stole items from the restaurant.

Creech was placed in the Pitt County Detention Center Thursday. He posted a $25,000 dollar bond the same day.

I agree with bj from wilmington. Get a job and stop stealing from others. Drugs, cig.'s, beer, etc. are expensive habits and you can't expect hard working people to support your habits. Grow up, get a job, straighten out your life and prove to everyone, especially yourself, that you can change. There are many, many drug rehab.'s around North Carolina. Change your life before it's too late. Someone could be killed. Hell is Hot! Don't chance it! PS....A person has to want to change.

I think its time for help and I hope he will get it. Its time to get yourself clean and stop all this mess and get your life back. If you get out of this you need help and get a job like everybody else. clean toilets and mop and makes some money for you.

Good thing Don didn't know about this...this idiot could have wound up like his predecessor...in the grave! If I were an addict,I would rob anywhere but the Country Kitchen....Mr. Lee doesn't play around! Guess from now on,merchants had better learn how to use a weapon...it's their only protection against these lowlife addicts.

Crystal...I think just about every person I have arrested has said the same thing, in the back seat of the patrol car, on the way to jail...Hopefully his parents won't let him come home this time. Maybe you can deal with him for a while and see how he really is.
