Deputies are on the lookout for a 21-year-old man who they say raped a teenage girl.
Ricardo Garcia is wanted by the Carteret County Sheriff's Office. His last known address was at Oliver's Mobile Home Park in Morehead City.
Deputies say the man is accused of two counts of statutory rape of a 14 year old that was known to him. His is described as a Hispanic male with black hair and brown eyes. He's 5'8 tall and weighs 160 pounds.
