Lieutenant Governor Walter Dalton was in Eastern Carolina Wednesday to offer an ear--as well as some advice to small business owners.
Dalton appeared at Pitt Community College's Greenville Center as part of a series of roundtable discussions across the state sponsored by the National Federation of Independent Business.
About 15 small business owners and representatives asked the lieutenant governor questions about bank lending, health insurance for employees, as well as loans and unions. Dalton says he understands concerns many have--but believes things are on the rebound.
