Log Truck Wreck Detours Traffic on Highway 64

The Plymouth Fire Department's Assistant Chief says about 7:00pm Thursday night a log truck snagged a power line on Highway 64 forcing traffic to be detoured on Highway 64 between Main Street and Renkin Lane.

Highway Patrol, police, firefighters, and an ambulance were on the scene as they waited for the power to be shut off so the scene could be cleared.

cng...Both my husband and the rest of us appreciate your prayers. He too was saying one!!! He surely thought it was going to come through the cab. God simply had a plan and saw him through it :)

Furthermore, he sat there for over an hour for the plymouth PD to write a report, only to have to call them back after they all left and forgot to write one!!

Just to set the record straight...My husband was the log truck driver that was involved in the incident. He was driving on 64, UNLOADED, when a power line dropped down from the pole in front of him, catching the sun visor on the top of the truck. He is blessed that it didn't come through the windshield and kill him!!! Sounds like power company error!!!
