Kick Butts Day Helps Teens Learn Dangers of Smoking From Peers

It was the 3rd annual Kick Butt day at Croatan High school in Carteret County.
During lunch periods members of Students Against Destructive Decisions also known as SADD were educating their peers of how harmful tobacco use can be with the help of quizzes and interactive games.

The Carteret County health department says most teens try their first cigarette by age 13, which is why it's so important to get involved at the high school age.
